WILD THING

Supercell, hailstorm, damaging winds ............ extreme weather on the Central Coast of NSW. I took a few bumps and bruises to capture this image. The sight was so rare and  I was so immersed in getting the shot , that I was slow to react when the hail started ...... I realised it was time to retreat when the levelling bubble was smashed off my camera.   The resulting damage was extreme in the local area ......The image shows the Central Coast ferry "Saratoga",  the ferry slowed under the battering  but  seem undaunted, slowly making her way, unscathed to Central wharf .
